Terms of sale.
1. Who we are
Cosykiller is a trading name of RHG Events Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 12849299, VAT number 356 9829 40). Our registered address is on file with Companies House and available on request at hello@cosykiller.com.
2. These terms
By placing an order on cosykiller.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, don't order.
3. Our products
Every Cosykiller case file is a fictional murder-mystery game in physical form. Nothing inside the box depicts or identifies any real person. Products are suitable for ages 14 and over.
4. Pricing, tax and shipping
Prices shown include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. EU orders are priced with destination VAT included under IOSS for orders under €150. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on the destination country and service selected. See our shipping page for full details.
5. Orders
Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. If we're unable to fulfil an order (for instance, because an item is unexpectedly out of stock), we'll refund you in full.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. We never see or store your full card details.
7. Delivery, damage and returns

8. Intellectual property
All text, artwork, photography and design in Cosykiller case files and on this website remain the property of RHG Events Ltd and may not be reproduced, redistributed or resold without written permission. You are welcome to photograph your own case for your own social media.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the price of the case you bought.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 14 days.
