Who is the data controller?

RHG Events Ltd (company number 12849299), trading as Cosykiller, is the data controller for personal information processed through cosykiller.com. Contact us at privacy@cosykiller.com.

What we collect

• Order data: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, order history.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
• Newsletter data: email address, plus source tag (homepage / footer / product).
• Contact form data: whatever you send us.
• Analytics: only if you've consented. See "Cookies and analytics" below.

Why we process it

• To fulfil your order (legitimate interest / performance of contract) — we need a name and a shipping address.
• To email you about your order (performance of contract) — confirmation, dispatch, refund.
• To send marketing email (consent, via ActiveCampaign double opt-in) — only if you've signed up.
• To answer your contact form (consent).
• To comply with UK tax law (legal obligation) — we have to keep certain sales records for six years.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We use a small number of processors to run the site:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email (order confirmation, dispatch).
• ActiveCampaign — newsletter.
• Cloudflare — hosting and DDoS protection.
• Royal Mail (and international postal partners) — shipping.
• Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel — analytics and advertising, only if you've given consent.

How long we keep it

• Order records: 6 years (HMRC).
• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
• Contact form messages: 2 years, then deleted.
• Analytics: Google Analytics retention set to 14 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the data we hold on you.
• Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
• Ask us to delete your data (subject to our legal obligation to retain tax records).
• Withdraw consent for marketing email at any time — every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
