Dispatch time
We hand-pack every box, so allow up to three working days from order to dispatch. You'll get a dispatch email from us with your tracking number the moment your case leaves the workshop.
VAT & customs
United Kingdom. Prices include UK VAT at 20%. No further charges on arrival.
European Union. Orders under €150 ship under IOSS, with destination VAT included at checkout. No customs charges on arrival. Orders over €150 are shipped ex-VAT and may incur local VAT and duties on arrival.
Rest of world. Prices shown ex-VAT. Local customs, duties and import taxes on arrival are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country. Royal Mail provides customs documentation on the outside of every package.
Lost or damaged in the post
If a box turns up damaged, email hello@cosykiller.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and your order number and we'll send a replacement. If a package hasn't arrived within ten working days of the quoted window, same — we'll chase it with Royal Mail and, if it's genuinely lost, replace it.
