Every case file ships free inside the UK. Order before noon on a working day and it goes out the same day. Everywhere else, tracked international post — pay in GBP, USD, EUR, CAD or AUD.

How it adds up
Case files are charged per game. Puzzle boxes and books are charged per item up to the cap in the table, so a stack of boxes never costs more to post than a single case file does. An order holding both pays both — a case file and a puzzle box to the States is £27 + £5.
Shipping is worked out at checkout and shown in whichever currency you're paying in.
Smaller cases
Shadows in the Gallery comes in a smaller box than our full-size cases, so it posts for less: £15 instead of £27 to United States & Canada. The rates in the table above apply everywhere else.
Those rates are for a smaller case posted on its own. Ordered alongside a full-size case it travels in the same parcel and costs nothing extra to post — one smaller case rides along with each full-size one.
Free UK delivery
Any order with a case file in it ships free inside the UK, however much else is in the basket. Puzzle boxes and books on their own are £1.90, or £3.50 for two or more — and they ship free too once the basket passes £75. Outside the UK the rates above always apply.
Dispatch time
We hand-pack every box in Grimsby. Order before around midday on a working day and it goes out the same day; after that, the next working day. You'll get a dispatch email with your tracking number the moment your case leaves the workshop.
VAT & customs
United Kingdom. Prices include UK VAT at 20%. Nothing is added at checkout and there's nothing further to pay on arrival.
Everywhere else. The price you see in your own currency is the price you pay — we don't add destination tax at checkout. Import VAT, customs duties and any carrier handling fee are set by the country you're in, are the buyer's responsibility, and vary. Royal Mail attaches customs documentation to the outside of every package.
Lost or damaged in the post
If a box turns up damaged, email supersleuth@cosykiller.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and your order number and we'll send a replacement. If a package hasn't arrived within ten working days of the quoted window, same — we'll chase it with Royal Mail and, if it's genuinely lost, replace it.
