Unopened cases — 14 days
If a case is still sealed and in its original shipping box, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the case price. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility, and we recommend you use a tracked service — we can't refund a parcel that doesn't arrive. Email hello@cosykiller.com before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address.
Opened cases
Once a case has been opened, we can no longer accept a return. So much of the experience depends on the seals being intact and the documents being unread that a "returned" opened case is, bluntly, not resaleable. Please think of a Cosykiller box like a novel or a hardback — once the cover's been broken, it's yours.
Damaged in transit
Not a return — a replacement. If your box arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and your order number. We'll post a replacement at our cost and no further action is needed.
Wrong case arrived
Rare, but it happens. Email us with a photograph of the case you received, the name of the case you ordered, and your order number. We'll send the right case out the same day and arrange collection of the wrong one.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you ordered from within the UK, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply regardless of anything written above.
